Two is better than one | Pillow Cover Giveaway

Two is better than one. Well, not always. Two mosquitoes will never be better than one. [I affectionately refer to those wretched winged creatures as flying needles. Truth be told, I hold no affection whatsoever for them.] Two Honey Badgers in the pantry [that is certainly no reference to children, specifically teenagers, mind you] are definitely not better than one. Two seconds of waiting for someone to click “Like” on your cleverly written status is agony. ~grin~ So [clasp your hands together for emphasis–and–say the remainder of this sentence with a Bronx accent] there are a lot of circumstances [hands opened, palms out, small shoulder shrug] where two of something is not [emphasis on ‘not’] better than one [index finger on right hand points to heaven, eyebrows are slightly raised, lips are pursed]. The idea that any of you followed those instructions has me smiling. Now, back to the two is better than one part. I know I mentioned having two pillow giveaways a couple of posts ago. Last week the Scrappy Spring Pillow was the prize. [Congratulations, Brenda!] This week it’s a Spring Pillow cover that looks very much like the Welcome to the Front Door Spring Banner I introduced a few weeks ago.

I used the same fabric and flower patterns from the kit to make this really delightful pillow cover.

Before I do the big reveal there are two things to keep in mind.

#1–This is a pillow cover. Not a pillow with a pillow cover (because that would be a bear to ship). It’s a pillow cover. A stinkin’ cute, really fabulous, certainly fun pillow cover.

#2–I am not a professional sewing girl. Which being translated means the pillow is adorable but a perfectionist would promptly begin pulling their hair out if it arrived on their front porch.
