DIY Fashion great ideas

Leggings and a skirt for an adorable little girl. Or two.

Polka dot leggings are adorable–just really, truly, definitely adorable.

Ruffled skirts are adorable as well–which means that combining the two makes my heart skip and my face smile.

These little skirts can be made from the tiniest amount of fabric–and take less than 15 minutes to put together.

[Unless of course, you have to shear the sheep, spin the fibers, dye the wool, and then weave the fabric yourself.  You should probably blog about it if that’s how you git it dun.]

I used a 3″ thick piece of elastic for comfort.

[Not mine–the ones wearing the skirts.]

There are generally several pair of tiny polka dot leggings somewhere in my craft room.

[I like giving them as gifts–sometimes with, and sometimes without a coordinating skirt.]

This little gem of a girl received both.  Her mom just happened to have this bright yellow cardigan with big buttons of color up the front making a delightful little outfit.

Adorable little girl.
Adorable little skirt.
Adorable polka dot leggings.

Skip and smile, my friends.
Skip and smile.

Here’s another set of ‘polka-dot-and-ruffle’ that is quite charming.

The little girl is adorable as well–but you will have to take my word for it.  ~grin~

The skirt is so simple.
The leggings are easy to find.

What’s not to love, hmm?
